Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Monument Comic Expo. We are operating on a different premise than most comic book conventions. We want a certain type of vendor. Our show is strictly for comic books and vintage toys, no Funko Pops, no 3-D printed items, no jewelry, dice, t-shirts, or other loosely related pop culture items. The point isn’t to fill a room with tables; it’s to build an event that collectors love.

This vision for a show grew from years of attending “comic” conventions, only to be disappointed by the lack of comics. Honestly, I am dumbfounded by the lack of respect given to comics. Comic books were treated like an extra when they should be the main event. A hotel convention with stale air and stained carpet seemed equally bad.

Booth Space Pricing

10 x 10 In-Line Booth

10-foot x 10-foot booth includes one 8-foot table, 2 chairs, and a free parking pass. In-line booth costs $150

10 x 10 Corner Booth

10-foot x 10-foot booth includes two 8-foot tables, 2 chairs, and a free parking pass. Corner booth costs $200

Booths Remaining

29 booths available, 6 corner booths and 23 in-line booths

Vendor Loading

The convention will be held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in the Grand Hall. Loading should be done behind the building at the large overhead door. If that space is full, please use the front entrance.

Parking

There are about 60 spots around the building, most on the east side near the grandstands. Customers will be parking there and in the infield. There is a tunnel under the track that comes up beside the Grand Hall.
