About Me
Ron Cloer
I’m a lifelong comic book collector and researcher with a special passion for the Bronze Age of Comics (1970–1984) — the era where creators pushed boundaries, horror made a comeback, and modern superhero storytelling was born.
I write the Bronze Age Comic Book Archive, a year-by-year guide that curates the Top 25 most valuable comics, key first appearances, market trends, and the cultural stories behind each issue.
You can explore the full archive here:

Over the years, I’ve attended countless conventions; some were great, and others left me wanting. It made me wonder what a perfect comic book convention would look like. This convention is my attempt to give collectors exactly what I hoped for in a convention.
My goal is simple:
Create a comic book convention that inspires awe.
I have currently worked at ComicsPriceGuide.com for the last 8-1/2 years. I write for the blog, direct our fantastic admins, and research comic values daily.
